The Direct Care staff work directly with individuals receiving services; as a Direct Care Staff you will assist individuals with physical, emotional behavioral and social supports as assigned to the location. As a Direct Care Staff you would be responsible to assist in the day to day functions of the location you are working within. Working directly with your peers and individuals served to better the lives of those around you offers a great reward.
The Program Coordinator will assist the Program Manager with oversight of one community residential setting including, scheduling, procurement, continuity of services, training, service delivery and compliance. The Program Coordinator directly supervises the Direct Care Staff. This role requires you to be detail oriented, a self starter, a desire to learn and grow. Working directly with your peers and individuals served to better the lives of those around you offers a great reward.
The Program Manager will oversee two community residential settings including staffing, supply procurement, continuity of services, training, service delivery and compliance. The Program Manager will directly supervise Program Coordinators and Direct Care Staff. This is an ideal position for someone who is looking for a management role, with flexibility and responsibility. This role requires you to be detail oriented, a self starter, a desire to learn and grow. Previous management experience would be preferred.
